Can I repay my loan early?

If you would like to repay your loan at any time you can do so without any penalties or early settlement charges.  You can pay the settlement amount shown on your GDFC MySpace by debit card at any time by calling 0330 111 8098.  Alternatively, you can request an early settlement statement by emailing us at service@gdfc.co.uk.  We will then provide you with a settlement figure and the alternative ways you can pay.  We do not accept payment by credit card.

I’ve changed bank, what should I do?

Please contact us by emailing service@gdfc.co.uk and we will assist you with the next steps.

I have a problem with the installation, what should I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at 0330 111 8098 or by emailing service@gdfc.co.uk.   We will expect you to have tried to resolve any issues with your installer in the first instance and to provide us with evidence of the problem and the attempts you have made to ask the installer to rectify it, so please keep careful records of this.

I am unable to pay my next instalment, what should I do?
